\n Crafted Highlights:
\n The Finance Analyst - Innovation position is a key finance business partner to the Innovation team, supporting decision-making and helping drive execution of Innovation projects. The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with the Innovation team is key to the position. This role also works cross-functionally with numerous finance peers, the project management team, and the supply chain team on the development of North America Innovation business cases. \n

This position is located in Chicago and reports to the Sr Finance Manager – Media/Innovation

What You’ll Be Brewing:

\n

\n
• Partner with the Innovation team to develop and manage the annual budget for Innovation projects
\n
• Own the Innovation month-end close, financial forecast, and budget tracking processes
\n
• Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide the Innovation team with objective, timely, and accurate financial reporting
\n
• Develop North America Innovation business cases through cross-functional collaboration on all assumptions
\n
• Shepherd business cases through the START process to achieve approval for each step
\n
• Drive efficiencies in reporting and presentations

Key Ingredients:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent applicable experience
\n
• 2 or more years of Finance experience
\n
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP preferred)
\n
• Strong finance acumen, ability to provide insights to improve business profitability
\n
• Expresses ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively; listens to and responds appropriately to others
\n
• Takes accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
\n
• Thrives in fast pace, collaborative environment with the able to act and react with speed even if limited information is available

Pay and Benefits:

\n At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. \n

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $69,800.00-  $91,600.00(posting salary range) + 10%  target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
