Contracts Specialist

Contracts Specialist We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to perform duties related to Service Provider Contracts. Job Duties/Responsibilities Compile provider contracts, services, and satisfaction data; prepare and analyze required and related reports; notify appropriate OCES staff. Assist with initiating and monitoring provider contracts, including on‑site evaluations, insurance coverage and monthly OIG checks to ensure quality of delivered services and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist with ensuring that current, accurate Provider contract data is in OCES files, databases, and spreadsheets. Assist in completing provider direct/billing functions as needed and requested. Analyze procedures and recommend suggestions to reduce paperwork and/or improve process flow; implement after approval. Provide primary backup for Contracts Manager. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Ability to respect the workplace and providers privacy and confidentiality. Strong analytical skills; attention to detail, accuracy, and due dates. Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred. Two years of experience in an office environment. Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation.
