About the Position

Job Title

RN – Operating Room (Circulate/Scrub)

Glenwood Springs, CO

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 4×10-hour day shifts per week with rotating evening, night, and weekend call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process
• Perform circulating and/or scrub roles across a variety of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedics, Spine, Neurology, OB-GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Pediatrics, and Eye surgery
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing available robotic platforms
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage including weeknight and weekend call shifts as assigned per scheduling period

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license or valid Compact RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operating Room setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic surgical systems
• Familiarity with trauma surgery in a Level III trauma center environment
