Field Service SupervisorYour Mission As a Field Service Supervisor, you play a key role in our service business for compressor solutions. You lead international teams on-site at customer locations and ensure that service operations are carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. As a hands-on leader, you not only guide your team but also actively contribute to service activities on site. You combine technical expertise with strong leadership and customer focus. Together, we drive continuous improvement and shape the future of our service operations. Your area of responsibility covers South-East Europe, including Greece and Israel, with regular travel across the region.How you will make a differenceLead teams: Take responsibility for guiding and coordinating field service teams and subcontractors on-siteEnsure safety: Maintain full compliance with QSSE, ISO and safety standards while fostering a strong safety cultureDrive service execution: Plan, supervise and perform maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities on reciprocating compressorsBuild customer trust: Coordinate closely with customers, clarify requirements and ensure high-quality outcomesImprove processes: Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements in service operationsDeliver results: Document findings, evaluate data and develop technical solutions based on service insightsWhat you should be good atTechnical foundation: Degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, ideally with compressor-related qualificationsProfessional experience: Several years of experience in maintaining rotating equipment, with initial leadership responsibility in field serviceExpert knowledge: Good working knowledge of reciprocating compressors and basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systemsProblem solving: Excellent analytical skills and confidence in troubleshooting complex mechanical challengesCommunication skills: Fluent in English and Hungarian, with additional language skills such as Romanian or a South Slavic language considered an advantageFlexibility: High willingness to travel across Europe and work in international environmentsWhat you can look forward toResponsibility: Ownership of complex service operations with direct impact on customer satisfactionInternational environment: Collaboration with teams and clients across EuropeDevelopment opportunities: Continuous professional and personal growth in a dynamic settingVariety: A diverse role combining workshop, office and on-site assignmentsReliable framework: Structured support, strong safety culture and clear processesFuture perspective: Opportunity to actively shape the transformation of the service businessWho we areJoin our global team of over 7,500 colleagues and make a difference every day.
