About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food and Beverage to ensure the delivery of a consistent, high level of luxury service and food quality across its diverse dining venues. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic food and beverage goals, maximizing revenues and profits, and maintaining the integrity of the food and beverage selection. This role involves constant monitoring of operations, directing the development of financial budgets, and overseeing the enhancement of food and beverage concepts. The Vice President will also be tasked with staff development, training, and ensuring the team is equipped to provide the highest standards of service. Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years' experience in a luxury multi-outlet restaurant group or hotel industry, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role. The role requires a candidate with a thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in large-scale operations, cultural competence, and a proven track record as a team player and leader are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in new restaurant openings and be adept at presenting information and responding to various stakeholder needs.
