SJ Construction is experiencing rapid growth and we’re looking for a General Laborer / Carpenter Assistant to join our growing team, based in Brookfield, CT. In this role, you will assist with carpentry, residential construction and remodeling, excavation, and pool building. If you are dependable, have a positive, "can-do" attitude, and can start immediately, we want to talk to you! Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm. Requirements:- Reliable transportation
- Physically able to work on your feet all day, outside in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. without limitation
- Reliable, motivated, with a strong work ethic
- Carpentry/ construction experience a plus but not required – we will train you!
