Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to facility policies, including maintaining proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of West Virginia or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet a 36-hour weekly guarantee
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
