Account Executive
At Gallagher, we're looking for an Account Executive to join our Housing team. This is a home-based role where you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, provide tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. If you're passionate about helping clients protect what matters most and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide the best insurance and risk management solutions. You'll also negotiate with insurers to secure the right terms, manage your own portfolio of clients, and ensure their needs are met on time. By building a strong sales pipeline and identifying new opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving growth and retention. You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and provide realistic plans and forecasts to support business goals.
A good understanding of general insurance products and risk management practices. Experience in managing client relationships and working to targets. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and managing leads. The ability to analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making. Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to travel to client sites.
