Wage: $26.00 - $30.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Flexible)

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, pulling, and shipping operations to ensure that activities are performed to accomplish set customer service goals
- Provide direction and proper motivation to lead employees while ensuring the daily workload is completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner Communicates with other members of management and departments to ensure that company and department goals are met
- Instruct and provide oversight to ensure the proper execution of all established quality, safety, and sanitation practices of the warehouse
- Ensure inventory is matched to invoices and recorded with 100% accuracy in a timely manner
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and back-ordered items
- Oversee inspections of material handling equipment and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Utilize company policies and enforces safety regulations in adherence to OSHA safety standards
- Review and monitor product flow to ensure the company is able to meet customer demand at all times
- Supervise inventory control process with 100% accuracy

Requirements for Warehouse Lead:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience with experience in the layout, inventory control, packaging, pick/pack/ship, and material handling
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
