KOL (Influencer) Manager

TRON DAO is seeking a passionate, creative, and results‑driven Influencer/KOL Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and creators across the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The primary focus of this role is cultivating genuine connections and fostering a network of advocates who share TRON’s vision of accelerating the decentralization of the internet. As a relationship‑driven role, the Influencer/KOL Relationship Manager will prioritize collaboration, communication, and creating meaningful engagement opportunities for influencers to promote TRON’s initiatives authentically. You will be the face of TRON’s influencer outreach, ensuring consistent and positive interactions with global partners and advocates. Relationship Management Build and maintain long‑term relationships with influencers, KOLs, and creators across the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 industries. Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing guidance, support, and collaboration opportunities. Continuously engage with the influencer community to understand their needs, interests, and alignment with TRON’s mission. Develop creative opportunities for influencers to engage with TRON and TRON Eco system, including content creation, social campaigns, and community events. Coordinate influencer participation in TRON events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to amplify visibility. Organize influencer meetups, virtual events, and other engagement activities to strengthen ties with TRON’s network. Influencer Campaign Support Collaborate with other teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader campaigns. Provide influencers with clear briefs, resources, and assets to ensure successful campaign execution. Monitor influencer activities and ensure alignment with TRON’s brand values and messaging. Performance Tracking & Feedback Track and evaluate the success of influencer initiatives and provide actionable feedback to improve engagement. Maintain a detailed and organized database of influencer contacts, communication history, and performance insights. Regularly report on influencer activities and their impact on TRON’s overall strategy. Industry Awareness Stay updated on trends in the influencer and blockchain space to identify new opportunities for collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in relationship management, influencer engagement, or community building. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities. A strong understanding of the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 space is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple relationships and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Analytical mindset with experience in measuring the success of influencer initiatives.
