Overview FreedomCare is a healthcare company focused on home care. We are expanding our services across states and are currently operating in NY, PA, MO, IN, GA, CT, CO, AZ, OR and NV. We are building a talent pool for Connecticut-based roles and are seeking strong customer service professionals for positions including HomeCare Sales Specialist I, Intake Specialist I, Onboarding Specialist I, and Care Support Specialist I. Responsibilities HomeCare Sales Specialist I: connect with people over the phone and start relationships with those interested in home care support for themselves or a loved one. Intake Specialist I: work with Patients and Caregivers to educate and assist with the application and enrollment process for supported programs, with the goal of completing eligibility and onboarding over the phone. Onboarding Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process of joining FreedomCare. Care Support Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through the home care journey, ensuring patients receive care and feel heard and cared for. Ideal Candidate Will Possess Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue with a strong focus on customer service, empathy, active listening, and patience. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team. Ability to resolve issues over the telephone, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers. Computer proficiency, typing skills, and ability to leverage technology for efficient issue resolution while notetaking and multitasking. Pay rates typically range between $20-$24 hourly depending on experience, with benefits including 401k, health, dental, vision and life insurance. Hybrid positions require commuting to the Connecticut FreedomCare Hub office 2-3 days per week. Office locations are Hartford and West Hartford, CT. Notes This is a Pipeline Talent Pool requisition.
