Facility Associate I

Job Location and Hours Moscow, ID Full or Part‑Time, Hourly Wage: $16.31 per hour. Summary Facility Associate I primarily works in the processing/production area handling donated goods and stocking shelves on the sales floor while providing customer service. Part‑time positions may be available with benefits. Must pass background check. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and carry‑out service as needed. Transport items to and from the sales floor and place them on shelves, in floor fixtures, or on racks. Face shelves, racks, and floor fixtures to maintain display standards. Remove old items from display and return them to totes or carts as assigned. Assist at cash register with wrapping or bagging merchandise. Prepare items for sale by hanging clothing, cleaning items, and/or bagging items that need to be kept together. Tag, mark, and code items for sale according to designated prices and merchandise type. Tally amounts and or prices of processed items. Work collaboratively with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services. Follow all Goodwill policies, procedures, and directives. Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain agency confidentiality; violations may result in immediate dismissal. Comply with all health, safety, and fire standards and local, state, and federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must pass a background check.
