Senior Motion Graphic Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer based in United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a creative professional combining motion design, video editing, 2D visual design, branding, and 3D production.
You will create dynamic and visually compelling content for campaigns, advertisements, social media, and broader marketing initiatives.
The role offers the opportunity to work across the full creative pipeline, from developing concepts through to polished final execution.
You will use tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender to bring ideas to life across multiple formats.
A key part of the role involves exploring AI-powered creative tools and integrating them into production workflows while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to translate strategic objectives and ideas into engaging visual experiences.
This position is ideal for a versatile designer who combines strong storytelling and branding skills with advanced 3D capabilities and a forward-looking approach to creative technology.

Accountabilities

• Edit videos and create dynamic motion graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and other digital content.
• Develop visually compelling creative assets that communicate ideas clearly and capture audience attention.
• Model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets in Blender for use in videos, promotional materials, and other creative projects.
• Integrate 3D elements seamlessly into motion design projects and ensure cohesive visual execution across deliverables.
• Design logos, visual identities, branding systems, and supporting brand assets.
• Create engaging social media visuals, digital graphics, and marketing materials aligned with campaign objectives.
• Research and experiment with AI-powered image, video, and motion generation tools to improve creative production efficiency.
• Incorporate AI-generated outputs into established creative workflows while maintaining visual consistency, originality, and production quality.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to transform concepts and strategic ideas into effective visual content.
• Ensure all creative deliverables follow established brand guidelines and support the objectives of each campaign.
• Manage projects across the creative pipeline, from initial concept development and experimentation through execution and final delivery.
• Balance multiple creative priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience across motion design, video editing, 2D visual design, and branding .
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Blender , including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools for image, video, and motion generation, such as Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Sora , or similar technologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows for branding, content creation, and visual production.
• Ability to manage the complete creative process from concept and visual development through execution and delivery.
• Strong storytelling, typography, composition, visual communication, and branding skills.
• Ability to combine 2D, 3D, motion, video, and AI-generated elements into cohesive creative outputs.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high visual quality when working with emerging technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, and production stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently and consistently meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work across motion design, 3D, 2D visuals, branding, and AI-driven creative projects .
