Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments to accurately determine clients’ needs and appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring each plan aligns with clinical best practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor client progress through systematic follow-ups, adapting treatment strategies as needed to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and professional documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress while adhering to all confidentiality guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to improve client treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensing (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory for this role.

• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in evidence-based treatment modalities.
