Special Education Paraprofessional (1:1 Support)
Location: Hailey, ID

Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 – 35 Hours/Week | Monday – Friday

Caseload: 1:1 Support for High-Needs Students (Openings across all grade levels)

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 instructional and behavioral support to a high-needs student throughout the school day.

Assist the student in navigating the classroom, staying engaged with lessons, and completing daily activities.

Implement positive behavior support strategies and promote social-emotional development.

Collaborate closely with special education teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure the student's IEP goals are supported.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior experience working with children, especially those with high needs, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges, is strongly preferred.

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred (but not required to apply!).

Skills: Incredible patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
