Job Description Contract Attorney Location: Remote/Hybrid (based on client needs) Job Type: Temporary Contract Assignment LHH is partnering with a client seeking a Contract Attorney to support a busy legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of work while providing practical business-oriented legal guidance. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, confidentiality, and service agreements. Provide legal support to business stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and risk management. Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance initiatives. Review and support matters involving a high volume of invoices and related contractual documentation. Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of contracts and related processes. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
