HR Manager – Dalton, GAStrong, stable company with a commitment to employee support and development. HR Manager role overseeing onboarding, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle. Immediate need with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. In-office role based in Dalton, GA. Position created due to company growth and evolving HR leadership needs. Office environment reporting to the Controller and utilizing Paycor software. Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually with fully paid benefits.The HR Manager will lead HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all employee-related processes, including onboarding, benefits management, recruiting, and compliance.
