We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Lead to join our team in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility. Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Production Lead will collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations while maintaining high-quality standards. This position involves significant leadership responsibilities, including blending, batching, machine operation, and training/coaching operators and laborers. Responsibilities Lead the production staff in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets Fulfill the role of department supervisors in their absence Assist with reducing manufacturing costs through use of process, equipment, and staff improvements Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the production areas of the plant. Coach and train associates for team development. Assist and promote positive development of production employees and ensuring that all new hires are properly and adequately trained to perform their job responsibilities at the highest level Help to control inventory losses and other duties assigned.
