Become a part of our winning team and bring your fun spirit along with you!/ppThe Lead Parking Garage Attendant assists in the responsibility of the overall operations of the Parking Garages on assigned shift./ppKey Job Functions:/pulliHandles all aspects of the self parking garage operations/liliEnsures that customers problems / complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner./liliAssist in the supervising and coordinating the activities of cashiers on any given shift./liliHandles guest complaints and on site parking problems./liliMaintains volume in the garage and yields accordingly./liliCorrects minor equipment problems, such as; gates, ticket dispensers and cashier equipment./liliActs as a role model to other employees and always present oneself as a credit to Harrahs and encourage others to do the same./liliMeets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies./liliFills in (as needed) in cashier booth as breaker or when volume dictates./liliEnsures staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy./liliCoordinates breaks for cashiers./liliRotates through the garages in order to control: volume, availability and garage appearance./li/ulpEducation and/or Experience:/pulliHigh School or GED required./liliMust have a valid Louisiana drivers license./liliPrevious parking experience preferred, but not required/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business/liliMust have good organizational skills. Office experience helpful, but not required./li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliMust possess excellent communication skills./liliMust be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team./liliMust present a well groomed appearance/liliMust be available to work nights, weekends and Holidays./liliMust be able to work outdoors and in garage areas./liliMust be able to navigate on level surface as well as up and down ramps and stairs./liliMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English./liliMust be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations at all times keeping things orderly./li/ulpGaming Permit: N/A/ppThe above is a minimal description of duties and responsibilities.
