Patient Access Specialist

*Description*

* Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment.
* Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
* Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
* Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.

* 1+ years of Customer Service work experience
* Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellettsville, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
