Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a PRN opportunity within a skilled nursing environment. This position is ideal for candidates looking to work Saturdays only, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New York.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
