Licensed Plan Operations Pharmacist

Supporting the clinical needs of the Plan Operations team, the remote Licensed Plan Operations Pharmacist will provide clinical expertise during client implementations, serve as a liaison between teams, and offer proactive recommendations on pharmacy trends and programs. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clients and Implementation Managers to provide insights on drug spend, clinical management strategies, and formulary compliance Act as a clinical subject matter expert and communicate drug information to clients while responding to plan-specific inquiries Analyze data related to drug benefit designs and create clinical marketing materials to support new group go-live activities Required qualifications Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of primary residence 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with external clients Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
