Join Our Growing Urology Team in Daytona Beach!

We are thrilled to invite a urologist to become part of our expanding team within a prominent health system located in Daytona Beach. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a bustling, well-supported setting, equipped with cutting-edge surgical technology, a newly established outpatient surgery center, and a robust referral network throughout the region. The selected physician will find immediate demand for their services and will have the flexibility to tailor their practice, backed by a committed Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team and full access to robotic surgical options.

Hospital Highlights:

• Spacious 400-bed facility, with plans for 100 additional beds and 4 new operating rooms currently under construction (eventual expansion to 600 beds).
• State-of-the-art outpatient surgery center located on-site.
• Access to Da Vinci robotic systems.
• Aquablation technology available on-site.

Practice Highlights:

• General urology position with the potential to support subspecialty interests within a general practice framework.
• Join a high-volume practice with dedicated support from APPs and Medical Assistants (MAs).
• Clinic conveniently situated near the hospital, equipped for cystoscopies and other office-based procedures.
• On-call schedule of 1:4, shared with a partner hospital nearby.
• Dedicated operating room block time.
• Strong support from both physicians and administrative staff, including mentorship from experienced urologists.
• Opportunity to engage in program development and explore potential leadership roles as the service line grows.
• Utilization of Epic for electronic medical records.
• Open to J1 and H-1B visa candidates.
