Job Description:The Service Technician for Sweetwater Pool Service is the front-man and face of the company. He or she is responsible for carrying out the regular maintenance duties that Sweetwater has been hired to do by our customers. Delivering consistent and high quality service to each of our customers is of the upmost concern for this position. Driving a company vehicle to each of our commercial or residential clients, the Service Technician will be working outdoors and assisting our clients with their swimming pool needs. This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service. This position is both physically demanding and mentally challenging. This position begins as seasonal for 6 months. Full-time status with benefits may be awarded after that time.Position Details:No experience required.Pay is hourly at $21 per hourBase wage of $15/hr to start with a $6/hr bonus for each hour worked.Average 35-50 hours per weekClock in time is 7am.
