Digital Marketing & Software Implementation Specialist

Salary: $40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience configuring WordPress plugins, Zapier, HubSpot, and Monday.com; one year of WordPress experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and trigger/action workflows.
• Strong attention to detail when testing integrations and verifying data accuracy before launch.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including at least three days per week in our Bentonville, Arkansas office and two days remotely.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills or introductory JavaScript knowledge are helpful.
• Familiarity with fitness-industry software such as GymSales, Mindbody, or ABC Fitness is a plus.

• Deploy and configure our Join Online software and related WordPress plugins for new and existing client accounts.
• Build, test, and maintain Zapier workflows, API webhooks, and CRM data mappings in HubSpot and GymSales to support accurate lead capture and data flow.
• Review and troubleshoot client software configurations to address broken links, failed automations, or plugin conflicts.
• Keep technical records and project updates current in Monday.com and HubSpot Projects.
• Coordinate with our IT Director and Client Experience team to support smooth transitions for newly configured accounts.
