Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine

Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | 5 Days per Week Location: Grove City, Ohio In Collaboration with: Mount Carmel Health System & Healogics Position Overview Healogics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team in Grove City, Ohio. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week in collaboration with Mount Carmel Health System . The NP will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds while supporting the delivery of advanced wound care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) . Working collaboratively with Healogics physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the NP will help develop individualized treatment plans and provide high-quality, evidence-based care focused on improving healing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds. Provide ongoing assessment, treatment, and follow-up of wound care patients. Participate in the evaluation and management of patients receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) . Perform wound assessments and appropriate procedures within the NP's scope of practice. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding wound care, treatment plans, prevention, and disease management. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation. Participate in Healogics training, continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical programs. Follow evidence-based guidelines, hospital policies, and Healogics clinical standards. Support a patient-centered approach focused on wound healing, improved outcomes, and quality of life. Schedule Full-Time | 1.0 FTE 5 days per week Monday–Friday schedule Consistent clinical presence within the wound care center. Specific daily hours and scheduling will be discussed during the interview process. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license and eligibility to practice in Ohio. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Board certification as an NP. Current BLS certification; additional certifications as required by the facility. Previous experience in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or another relevant specialty preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Why Join Healogics?
