Job Description

Role Overview
Responsible for safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from construction sites. This is a hands-on field role that supports overall jobsite productivity and crew operations.

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Hauling

Operate:
- Dump trucks
- Water trucks
- Other commercial vehicles
Haul materials:
- Dirt, aggregate, asphalt, construction debris
Load and unload materials safely
Follow haul routes and production schedules

Equipment & Jobsite Support

Assist with loading operations alongside field crews
Operate water trucks for:
- Dust control
- Compaction support
Support general jobsite tasks when not driving

Safety & Compliance

Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Perform daily:
- Pre-trip inspections
- Post-trip inspections
Report:
- Mechanical issues
- Incidents
- Safety concerns
Maintain clean and safe equipment

Jobsite Coordination

Communicate with foremen and dispatch
Stay aware of jobsite conditions and traffic
Support overall crew productivity

Qualifications

Valid CDL (Class A or B)
Clean driving record
Experience operating dump/water trucks or similar
Strong awareness of jobsite safety
Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
