Manager Trainee - Operational Strength Program

About the Program Salary: $56,000/year plus a company vehicle (gas, insurance, and maintenance included). The Operational Strength Program (OSP) begins July 2026 and is designed for ambitious, high‑potential leaders who want to master operations and drive their careers in a Fortune 500 organization. What You’ll Do As a Trainee in the OSP, you will: Receive full‑time, immersive training in operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership. Rotate through key operational functions and work with a cohort of peers from across the country. Receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders and build the skills to drive team performance and operational excellence. Be prepared to relocate to any OSP location nationwide after completing the initial eight‑week training curriculum. Program Highlights Structured learning to strengthen your skill set. Data‑focused problem solver with strong analytical skills. Experience as a team member or team leader (sports, clubs, military, etc.). Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States. Strong leadership potential, resilience and passion for leading teams. Ability to thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Emotional intelligence, urgency, and a solutions‑focused mindset. Regular on‑site presence (this role is not remote). Extra credit: At least one year of experience providing high‑quality customer service, with a demonstrated strong work ethic.
