Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and municipal sectors.
- Provide technical consultations and product recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, and client meetings.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment sales, preferably within industrial or engineered product sectors.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines preferred).
- Demonstrated self-motivation, with a disciplined approach to time management and task prioritization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
