As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.Job ResponsibilitiesCollects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making around payment card devices, card and eCheck processing, and merchant fundingSupports the development of our product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions - including payment terminals, transaction processing, and digital payment channelsContributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, controls, sales, operations) to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goalsParticipates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launchesCollaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer valueAssists with competitive analysis, vendor evaluation, and market research related to payment technology and healthcare payment trendsSupports backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordination with engineering teams through the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaDeveloping knowledge level of the product development life cycle including discovery, requirements definition, and deliveryEmerging ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insightsStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and business teamsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in payments industry (card processing, merchant acquiring, payment terminals, or payment gateways)Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and/or healthcare paymentsUnderstanding of PCI Compliance, EMV, and payment security standardsExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tooling
