Solution Architect (SAP C4C & NICE CXone)

Salary: $183,768 - 183,768 per year Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud (C4C), including service ticketing, case management, and integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA or legacy CIS systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with NICE CXone CCaaS, including omnichannel routing, IVR/IVA design, and CRM platform integrations
• Experience designing reliable integrations between modern cloud platforms and legacy CIS systems
• Expertise in enterprise integration architecture, including event-driven design, API gateway patterns, and middleware such as MuleSoft or SAP BTP
• Demonstrated experience as a client-side Solution Architect on large-scale, multi-vendor ERP, CRM, or CCaaS transformation programs
• Experience establishing and leading Architecture Review Boards and Design Authority functions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technical and business audiences
• Energy and Utilities sector experience is strongly preferred
• Desired: SAP Certified Application Associate certification in Service Cloud or the CX portfolio
• Desired: TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
• Desired: Experience with NICE CXone Agent Assist, Virtual Agent (IVA), or advanced WFM modules
• Desired: Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud or other CRM platforms
• Desired: Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery at program scale
• Desired: Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST as applied to cloud CX platforms

• Own and maintain the solution architecture for a large-scale SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and NICE CXone transformation
• Define and govern end-to-end integrations across legacy CIS, SAP C4C, NICE CXone, EDL, and other critical systems
• Establish and chair Architecture Review Boards to assess and approve design decisions
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, integration blueprints, and data flow diagrams
• Serve as the client-side technical counterpart to SAP, NICE, and consulting vendors, assessing their proposed solutions
• Identify, escalate, and manage technical risks involving integrations, data flows, and system interfaces
• Lead the design of SAP Service Cloud configuration, extensibility, and integration patterns
• Define NICE CXone architecture for omnichannel capabilities, IVR/IVA, ACD routing, and workforce management
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for senior stakeholders and explain complex architecture in clear, business-aligned terms
