Life Skills Coach for IDD Adults - Empower & Advocate

Stepping Stone Support Center

Stepping Stone Support Center in Littleton, CO is seeking a Life Skills Coach to mentor and advocate for adults with IDD, helping them develop daily living skills and confidence. You will teach activities, build trust, and document progress while maintaining safety and respectful communication.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours Monday through Saturday with 8:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts, $20 per hour, and benefits. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
