Brand Manager

POLA is looking for a Brand Manager who can turn strategy into strong, cohesive brands and campaigns.

This is not a task-management-only role. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who understands how brands are built, knows how to connect strategy to creative, and can confidently lead projects from initial idea through execution. You’ll work alongside our Media, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop and execute work for brands across a wide range of industries.

Projects may include brand strategy, campaign development, content planning, social media, advertising, product launches, brand positioning, creative briefs, client presentations, and integrated marketing campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for understanding each brand, identifying opportunities, developing thoughtful strategies, and making sure the work stays aligned with both the brand and the larger business goals. You’ll help connect the dots between strategy, creative, production, and execution to make sure good ideas actually make it out into the world.

We move quickly, collaborate constantly, and care deeply about the quality of the work we put into the world. The right person is curious, organized, proactive, comfortable making decisions, and knows how to balance what a client wants with what the brand actually needs. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, giving thoughtful direction, pushing ideas further, and knowing when something simply isn’t good enough yet.

This is an in-person position at POLA in Covington, Louisiana.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional marketing, brand management, account management, or agency experience
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, audience, and marketing fundamentals
• Experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing and creative strategies
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, content, and brand communications
• Experience developing creative briefs and providing strategic direction to creative teams
• Ability to manage projects from strategy and planning through execution
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working directly with clients and communicating strategic recommendations
• Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, and campaign concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and use insights to inform future strategy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Ability to receive feedback, give thoughtful direction, and take ownership of work
• Must work in person at our Covington, Louisiana office
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience with social media management, paid media, content strategy, or brand development is a plus
• Experience with Monday.com, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
