What You'll Do:

• Provide quality emergency care to diverse patient populations.
• Assist doctors with treatments, medications, and procedures while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Prioritize and organize multiple patient cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain calm and focused under pressure in urgent life-or-death situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly following facility protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely interventions and positive outcomes.

What You Need:

• Valid and active RN license in Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
