University of Nebraska-Lincoln Employment Website Dining Team Member (Husker Heroes) The Nebraska Unions Food Commons features a variety of dining options, including local favorites such as Valentino's and Imperial Palace, as well as popular concepts like Sossy's BBQ, Husker Hero's, and Choolaah. We are seeking a Dining Team Member to maintain daily operations of one of these dining concepts while helping deliver an outstanding guest experience. Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests Process customer orders accurately using the POS system Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and customer requests Fulfill mobile and in-store orders efficiently Stock front-of-house and kitchen supplies Prepare ingredients and assist with inventory management Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Perform opening and closing procedures Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met Schedule varies and includes evenings, late nights, and weekend shifts.
