Patient Care Coordinator

Manage schedules and cancellations of staff in the designated state Act as liaison between families and therapists when needed Update respective Excel sheets in the system Ensure utilization of client hours and therapists' availability Work alongside the recruiting department to ensure available hires Plan strategically to grow the state and maximize caseloads Collaborate with management team members to build and enhance internal strategies Receive and respond to patient communications Collect consents and ABA paperwork from patients' families Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details Record changes and communications in patients' accounts Maintain appointment scheduling, waitlist, registration, patient flow, and discharge procedures Handle client issues with sensitivity and strict confidentiality Perform other assigned tasks Requirements Must reside in Arizona 2 years of experience in a communication role 2 years of experience with and exceptional understanding of management and strategies Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally Team player attitude and energetic Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Proficient in Word, Excel, OneNote, and computer use High school diploma or equivalent Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills while effectively managing schedules, communications, and patient documentation.
