Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will support security-related operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while working for a company known for being agile, reliable, and innovative.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors while following site-specific procedures and other security-related protocols at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout operational areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with location procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders, and complete accurate logs, reports, and other assigned documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
