Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Trident Pain Center in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support our interventional pain management team. In this on-site role, you will perform patient intake and assessments, obtain histories and vitals, administer medications and injections, and assist physicians during interventional pain procedures. You will document in the EHR, monitor patient responses, and provide education on treatment plans and medications. Working in our patient-first, physician-led environment, you’ll collaborate with experienced pain specialists, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and grow your clinical skills while helping patients reduce pain and restore function. Responsibilities Perform patient intake, histories, and vital signs for pain management visits Administer medications and injections per provider orders Assist physicians with interventional pain procedures and post-procedure care Document accurately in the EHR and maintain detailed clinical records Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and self-care Monitor patient responses and report changes to providers Support care coordination, scheduling, and follow-up communication Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in the clinic Patient assessment Vital signs monitoring Medication administration IV therapy Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Pain management protocols Wound care Care coordination Infection control Patient education Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Qualifications Current LPN license in South Carolina BLS certification Experience in pain management or ambulatory care preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
