Position Overview We’re looking for private soccer coaches (new or existing) to join our network in the State College, PA area (50 mile radius). This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role where you decide your rates, availability, and training locations (most of our coaches have other full-time jobs and do this on the side). We’ll provide the tech, support, and marketing - you bring the coaching. Who This Is For This role is perfect for current or former college/pro athletes, current or past high school/club coaches, or experienced trainers looking to take control of their schedule and income while increasing their traffic. You must be passionate about helping young athletes improve, and ready to commit at least 5 hours a week. What You’ll Do Run 1v1 and small group soccer lessons with motivated young athletes Set your own rates (most sessions range from $30–$90/hour) Choose your availability and training location (parks, fields, courts, indoor, etc.) Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments Build long-term relationships with athletes and families What We Provide Built-In Marketing: We promote your profile to athletes who are actively searching for private coaching - so you can focus on training, not finding clients. Powerful Tech: Our platform simplifies scheduling, payments, and communication - everything you need to run and grow your coaching business in one place. Insurance Coverage: We carry professional and GL insurance covering our coaches for their services. You’re only covered for lessons booked on our platform. Flexible Scheduling: Set your own hours, availability, and training location. Whether you want to coach after work, on weekends, or full-time, it’s completely up to you. Great Pay: Set your own rates - with typical ranges from $30-$150 per lesson - and keep 80% of every booking. No hidden fees and we put our 20% cut towards helping you grow! Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client! Minimum 5 hours/week availability Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours) Coaches must be willing to use our website or app to schedule lessons (it's how you’ll get paid) We host over 5,000 coaches on our platform.
