Behavioral Health Paraeducator/Behavioral Class Aide- AZ Job Description: Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. What You'll Do:Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff Foster a safe, supportive learning environment Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors Why Providers Choose Ro Health:We partner with premier school districts Valley-wide.
