Trucking HR Manager

A well-established company in the Knoxville, TN region is seeking to hire an HR Manager for their Transportation department.Responsibilities for this role include overseeing Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screenings, and DOT Physicals to ensure compliance. The HR Manager will play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding process for new drivers.In addition, the HR Manager will manage existing employee benefit programs and implement new initiatives to promote employee retention, development, and training.Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, as well as PHR or SPHR certification. Experience with FMCSA Compliance and Driver Qualification files is a must. Previous experience in the Trucking or Logistics industry is also required.This company is known for its positive work environment and dedicated leadership team.
