Salary: 95k-105k plus bonus, excellent benefits and a generous PTO Position Overview The Accounting and Operations Manager will oversee payables and receivables using QuickBooks Desktop, manage sales tax compliance, handle HR functions, and lead a small team. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting practices. Manage sales tax calculations and filings for multiple jurisdictions. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration. Supervise and support a small team of two employees. Implement organizational systems for efficient workflow and task prioritization. Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and financial software. Strong understanding of sales tax regulations. HR management and employee benefits experience. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
