Together with WRHS's hospital and clinic services, we're part of a complete rural continuum of care - team-based, physician-led, and centered close to home among family and friends.Job SummaryWestern Horizon Living Center is seeking a dedicated RN for a hybrid Infection Control and Staff Education role at our 40-bed skilled nursing facility, with flexible part-time to full-time scheduling available.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program, including surveillance, policy development, and outbreak responseMonitor infection control practices facility-wide (hand hygiene, PPE, isolation precautions, environmental cleaning)Coordinate clinical education, onboarding, and competency validation for nursing staff and CNAsDevelop annual education plans and required regulatory trainingSupport antibiotic stewardship and employee health compliancCurrent RN license in North Dakota (or license-eligible)2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably long-term or post-acute careInfection control or staff education experience preferredWest River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
