This isn’t your typical front desk role. At FVRC, you’re the first voice clients hear in stressful, emotional moments - and the person who helps guide them through it.

Schedule: Full-time, 2pm-10pm e venings and weekends, with some holidays required. No overnight CSR shifts required!

The Florida Veterinary Referral Center is looking for someone who can step in, support their teammates, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to a fast-paced ER + Specialty environment. We are looking for a Client Care Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing team. Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service

• Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure 

• Ability to multitask and stay organized, with adaptability and problem-solving skills

• Comfort with technology and hospital software systems

• Team-first mindset - we rely heavily on each other
