CNC Operator – 2nd Shift Location: Harbor Springs, MI Job Id: 295 # of Openings: 1 Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision aerospace components that meet exact customer specifications. Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently Monitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneously Using precision measuring equipment including: Micrometers Calipers Gauges Optical Comparators Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Recording production and quality data within electronic systems Performing routine operator maintenance (TPM) Deburring and reworking parts when necessary Identifying opportunities for process improvement Maintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles Following all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Successful candidates are: Detail‑oriented and quality focused Dependable and self‑motivated Comfortable working with technology and precision equipment Team players who communicate effectively Interested in continuous improvement and learning new skills Preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Experience using precision measuring equipment Basic computer proficiency Basic shop math skills Strong problem‑solving abilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching Regular lifting up to 10 pounds Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Education High School Diploma or GED required Benefits $2.00/hour Shift Premium 10 Days Vacation 13 Paid Holidays Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus 401(k) Match Modern Aerospace Manufacturing Environment Career Growth & Continuous Learning Opportunities Legal Information Moeller Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
