HR Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Professional to join their team. As a Human Resources (HR) Professional, you will be part of the Employee Support Services supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer‑oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Support Specialist Location: Alpharetta, GA Pay Range: $28/hr - $30/hr What's the Job? Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies, providing prompt and empathetic support. Navigate multiple HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and ADP to identify resources and ensure thorough case documentation. Assist employees and people leaders with HR-related questions, routing inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary. Contribute to delivering a delightful employee experience by providing accurate and respectful communication. Support HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. What's Needed? Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources, business administration, or related field. Minimum of two (2) years of human resources or contact center/HR Shared Services experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; ServiceNow experience preferred. Ability to navigate multiple technology tools including Workday, ADP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
