Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Intern Company: ACNR Coal Services Group Location: Metz, Dallas, Camron, Wallace, WV Summer Internship Opportunity Internship opportunities exist at ACNR, Inc. subsidiary locations in various locations across the country. This posting provides the means to apply for any location. Responsibilities Work with rotating shift maintenance and electrical foremen in the industrial mining environment. Assist in addressing mechanical and electrical issues. Participate in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fabrication-based projects. Expect 10‑hour rotating shifts in an industrial setting. Qualifications Enrolled in a 2‑ or 4‑year Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Technology program (similar fields considered). Mining experience preferred but not required. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly and moving 100+ lbs. as necessary. Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements and complete required training and certification. Must provide personal transportation. Must be capable of performing essential functions of the position and meet all pre‑employment requirements.
