Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor (age 18+) This is a SEASONAL , full-time position that reports to the Facilities Manager. Duties & Responsibilities Administrative Duties Comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and procedures Complete required reports on a timely basis Assist with scheduling staff, monitoring payroll, and maintaining compliance with labor budget Participates in the recruitment process and selection of talent for the department Daily Duties Monitor and maintain the condition of the Camp-Resort’s facilities and equipment Respond to maintenance requests on time Other Essential Duties Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish Collaborate with park and home office departments Coordinate and oversee various projects from start to finish Respond to guest inquiries using the company’s service recovery guidelines Participate in other projects and activities as assigned Education/Training/Experience General maintenance, construction experience required Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water and sewage treatment, machinery operation, general maintenance, and janitorial skills are preferred.
