Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via video conferencing tools. Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and nurturing trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Diagnosing various mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and utilizing clinical judgment to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies based on assessments, feedback, and evolving client needs.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, including making referrals to specialists when necessary for further support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your ability to provide culturally sensitive and individualized care will be crucial in helping clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual and group therapy services.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools is a plus, aiding in the seamless delivery of care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
