Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Consumer Data Specialist to join their team.

As a Consumer Data Specialist, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting marketing and digital experience teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Consumer Data Specialist

Location: Remote in US

Pay Range: $55-65/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Manage and activate customer data within the BlueConic Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Build and optimize audience segments based on behavioral, demographic, and lifecycle data.
• Translate business goals into scalable CDP use cases such as acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to implement personalized experiences.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all platforms and use cases.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with BlueConic or similar CDP platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Cognos or similar.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc data requests and translate technical data into business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
